We don’t keep much information on you – just your name, school, class and the recordings made by your teacher. We don’t need to keep anything else.
Your school gives us your class and name so that we can add you to the website. The feedback recordings are made by your teacher and added onto our website.
We securely hold information about you so that we can deliver this teacher feedback service. We do not share your details with other businesses and we do not sell any of your data. However, sometimes we have to share information we have about you:
• The Police have asked for information to investigate a serious crime
• The court has asked for information
We do not keep the recordings for more than two years.
Your information is only seen by people who look after the website and your teachers.
